Fleet Alliance joins Global Vans, XLCR Vehicle Management, the lcv group, TR Fleet and Intelligent Vehicle Finance as part of the growing Global Vehicle Group, becoming the largest and most diverse B2B broker in the UK.

Bringing these businesses together creates the largest and most successful B2B leasing broker in the UK across cars and vans, supporting individual customers, right through to corporate fleets in excess of 1000 vehicles with full fleet management expertise.

The Global Vehicle Group has grown significantly since the investment in Global Vans by H2 Equity Partners in 2022. The combined group will have around 270 employees, annual volumes of approximately 20,000 units and a total fleet size of over 50,000 vehicles.

Importantly, each business within the group shares the same ethos of developing a strong team culture and providing outstanding customer service. Coming together, each brand benefits from sharing best practices and the ability offer a wider range of products and services to our collective customers.

Andrew Hurst, CEO of the Global Vehicle Group, said;

“We are immensely proud to welcome Fleet Alliance into the Global Vehicle Group. Fleet Alliance’s core area of expertise in the SME and larger corporate space will give GVG complete coverage of the B2B sector, as well as bringing valuable new products that we can share across the business. This is undoubtedly a major step forward which will complement the existing group businesses perfectly”.

Martin Brown, Chair of Fleet Alliance:

“We are delighted to become part of the Global Vehicle Group family. We have the utmost respect for Global Vans, XLCR and the LCV Group and we look forward to working alongside them to continue the development of the Fleet Alliance business as part of the largest B2B focused leasing broker in the UK.”

While Fleet Alliance will continue to operate as a separate entity, this is an exciting opportunity for the Global Vehicle Group and we look forward to seeing Fleet Alliance go from strength to strength.
